Objetivos Generales:

-Desarrollar habilidades análiticas y técnicas en la valoración de propiedades inmobiliarias, aplicando metodologías estandarizadas. 

-Adquirir conocimientos sobre el mercado inmobiliario, tendencias económicas y cómo influyen en la valoración de activos. 

– Mejorar la capacidad de toma de decisiones basadas en datos y análisis de mercado para asesorar a clientes. 

– Contribuir con el equipo de Valoraciones (Consulting) brindando apoyo en la creación de informes y análisis para clientes, desarrollando habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

– Integrarse en el entorno corporativo y en la dinámica de equipo, aprendiendo sobre los procedimientos de BNP Paribas Real Estate. 

Funciones y tareas / actividades a realizar por el alumno:

– Recopilación de datos de mercado: buscar, analizar y organizar información sobre distintos activos inmobiliarios, transacciones y tendencias de mercado.

–  Soporte en la elaboración de informes de valoraciones: Apoyo al equipo en la preparación de informes detallados, aplicando diferentes enfoques de valoración. 

– Gestión y actualización de bases de datos: mantener actualizadas las BBDD internas de los distintos activos, añadiendo información sobre propiedades, transacciones y otras métricas relevantes. Uso de CRM. 

– Análisis de rentabilidad: apoyo en la realización de estudios de viabilidad económica de proyectos inmobiliarios. 

– Apoyo en presentaciones a clientes: participar en la creación de presentaciones y documentos que serán utilizados en reuniones con clientes, asegurándose de que la información sea clara y precisa. 

– Colaboración en proyectos del departamento

REQUISITOS

*Imprescindible incorporación inmediata y posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con la universidad.

·       Cursando o finalizando grado en Arquitectura o similares. Valorable Máster. 

·       Valorable experiencia en el sector inmobiliario.

·       Inglés fluido: mín. C1. Francés valorable.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Gestionar e impulsar los procesos de contratación en las diferentes líneas del Grupo BNP Pairbas en España: Publciación de vacantes, evaluación de curricula, realización de entrevistas de selección, negociación de condiciones e incorporación de candidatos.

Brindar asesoramiento a los managers de las diferentes líneas de negocio para dar forma a sus necesidades en la selección de candidatos.

Analizar la diferentes candidaturas, conociendo en profundidad, su historial profesional y su adecuación específica al puesto.

Registrar y mantener un seguimiento y estado precisos de los registros de candidatos en el Sistema de Seguimiento del Grupo (Avature).

Impulsar la Movilidad Interna de los empleados de BNP Paribas a través de un enfoque proactivo.

As a Genesys Cloud Administrator:

MISSION
 
The treasury specialist is responsible for the operations linked with money management, bank account reconciliation processes and daily monitoring on safekeeping of funds in the Finance Shared Service Center.
 
 The duties include being in charge of doing bank accounts reconciliation, to control payments and to monitor the daily process of safekeeping of funds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsabilities include being in charge of doing bank accounts reconciliation, to control payments and to monitor the daily process of safekeeping of funds.
● Bank Reconciliation
– Immediately upon receipt of Bank Statements, analyze all transactions.
– Monitor all banking activities in order to detect irregularities.
– Provide documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactions.
– Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports
– Reconcile and process transactions that are complex in nature.
– Maintain required files, reports, and data, both utilizing Excel and/or an online reconciliation software
– Reconcile and rectify all ledger accounts differences.
– Follow up all aged transactions continuously and provide updates
● Payments Control
– Perform a 4 eyes control verification on payment proposals
– Review all Payment transactions in order to prevent fraud
– Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation and data
● Safekeeping of Funds
– Perform a 4 eyes control verification on Safekeeping of Funds
– Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation and data
– Control Banks daily management: statements, transfers
● Contribute to financial audits – internal and external – with documentation required for the auditors to do their job satisfactorily.
● Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
● Assisting in the preparation of budgets or transversal projects.

ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION
 
The jobholder will be mainly in charge of maintaining and improving the level of the Windows Active Directory infrastructure services, providing support on Active Directory Domain Controllers and all their related services and operations: Sites & Services, Trusts, AD Replication, DNS, DC lifecycle, Security Patching, authentication troubleshooting, LDAP integration, etc in a complex and dynamic environment with multiple forests and multiple domains across EMEA, APAC and AMER regions.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

His/her main tasks are but not limited to:

  • Active Directory Infrastructure monitoring.
    • Monitor performance and ensure system and service availability and reliability.

    •      Experience of at least 2 years in an Active Directory Infrastructure team level 2 is preferable.
    • Experience of at least 2 years as System Administrator in charge of complex infrastructures end-to-end.
