Objetivos Generales:
-Desarrollar habilidades análiticas y técnicas en la valoración de propiedades inmobiliarias, aplicando metodologías estandarizadas.
-Adquirir conocimientos sobre el mercado inmobiliario, tendencias económicas y cómo influyen en la valoración de activos.
– Mejorar la capacidad de toma de decisiones basadas en datos y análisis de mercado para asesorar a clientes.
– Contribuir con el equipo de Valoraciones (Consulting) brindando apoyo en la creación de informes y análisis para clientes, desarrollando habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
– Integrarse en el entorno corporativo y en la dinámica de equipo, aprendiendo sobre los procedimientos de BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Funciones y tareas / actividades a realizar por el alumno:
– Recopilación de datos de mercado: buscar, analizar y organizar información sobre distintos activos inmobiliarios, transacciones y tendencias de mercado.
– Soporte en la elaboración de informes de valoraciones: Apoyo al equipo en la preparación de informes detallados, aplicando diferentes enfoques de valoración.
– Gestión y actualización de bases de datos: mantener actualizadas las BBDD internas de los distintos activos, añadiendo información sobre propiedades, transacciones y otras métricas relevantes. Uso de CRM.
– Análisis de rentabilidad: apoyo en la realización de estudios de viabilidad económica de proyectos inmobiliarios.
– Apoyo en presentaciones a clientes: participar en la creación de presentaciones y documentos que serán utilizados en reuniones con clientes, asegurándose de que la información sea clara y precisa.
– Colaboración en proyectos del departamento
REQUISITOS

· Cursando o finalizando grado en Arquitectura o similares. Valorable Máster.

RESPONSABILIDADES
Gestionar e impulsar los procesos de contratación en las diferentes líneas del Grupo BNP Pairbas en España: Publciación de vacantes, evaluación de curricula, realización de entrevistas de selección, negociación de condiciones e incorporación de candidatos.
