RESPONSABILIDADES
- Creación y adaptación de elementos de diseño gráfico online (social media, plataforma de emailing y página web propia) y offline (cartelería, vallas, roll ups, etc).

REQUISITOS
- Estudios: FP, Ciclos formativos de grado superior, o Grado en áreas de diseño gráfico, publicidad, creatividad, o similares.
- Uso de todo el paquete Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, After Effects).
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel…).
- Inglés fluido C1.

MISSION
In this temporary position the Officer is responsible for:
· The calculation, invoicing, claim, monitoring and follow up of fees related to guarantees and counter-guarantees issued.
· The issuing of payments to Correspondent Banks.
· The reconciliation of Nostro breaks related with payments issued or received within the scope of guarantees issued.
· The justification of accounts under his/her scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Invoicing & Fee Management: Manage client and correspondent bank invoicing, ensuring high accuracy in guarantee fee calculations and the production of invoices.
- Accounting & Reconciliation: Align invoices with accounting entries, perform necessary adjustments, and provide detailed reporting on open items for periodic account certification.
- Monitoring & Collections: Monitor due fees, follow up on long-overdue items by escalating to managers/business contacts, and resolve disputes or concerns regarding outstanding payments.
- Lifecycle & Expiry Management: Coordinate with Drafters/Vetters to monitor guarantee expiry dates, update open-ended guarantees, close expired transactions in mainframes, ensure final fee collection, and notify clients of releases.
- Operational Support & Communication: Manage payments to correspondent banks, respond effectively to inquiries from MO/banks/correspondents, maintain activity records, and immediately escalate complaints to management.

ABOUT THE JOB
We are the Infinity EMEA Finance & Strategy Platform, a mutualised hub in Madrid & Lisbon serving 250+ entities. With 500 professionals, we cover 60 % of the Group’s balance sheet, delivering accounting, reporting, control, transformation and IT services across Europe.
As a Financial Controller you will guarantee the accuracy of data feeding the Group Consolidated Financial Statements. You’ll act as the trusted analyst for regional sites, implementing global controls and steering key reporting topics such as IFRS 9, consolidation perimeters and KPI dashboards.
The team works from the office in Madrid, Arturo Soria district, a 5‑minute walk from metro line and several bus lines.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Support regional entities in quarterly closings, advising on accounting treatments and new reporting standards.
- Analyse material transactions, identify necessary adjustments, and synthesize findings for senior leadership.
- Lead as Subject‑Matter Expert on a chosen reporting area, harmonising processes with Group expectations.
- Perform manual consolidation entries and ensure corrective actions are applied promptly.
- Contribute to KPI production, issue‑log management and post‑closing debriefs.

ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
We are looking for an ambitious, analytical‑driven trainee to support our RISK ESG Transversal Methodologies monitoring and Data Services (T2MDS) team. The successful candidate will assist the team in developing reporting tools, performing ad‑hoc risk analyses and reviewing ESG‑related methodologies. Knowledge in data visualization (Power BI), advanced Excel expertise, and practical Python knowledge for data manipulation and analysis is a distinct advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to ad‑hoc ESG risk analyses at portfolio and counter‑party level.
Support the preparation of internal monitoring reports (CCIRC, RDPC, RAS) and external disclosures (Pillar 3, Climate Report). - Participate in the build‑out and industrialization of the ESG Risk reporting and monitoring tools: Create, support or enhance Power BI visualizations; support Python‑based data‑processing scripts.
- Assist the team by retrieving the required ESG data, performing basic data-cleaning and validation, and preparing supporting tables/ visuals.
- Assist the team in the review of portfolio‑alignment methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS

University degree (Bachelor + 2 years, or Master’s – preferably in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Data Science, or a related field).

0‑2 years of professional experience (internship, graduate program, or early‑career role) in the financial industry or a related analytical environment.
