MISSION

The Pricing to Billing officer will play a central role in managing Cash Management transactions for CIB EMEA’s Pricing to Billing processes (P2B) for Transaction Banking (TB)

The ideal candidate will ensure integrity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all stages of the P2B value chain, on execution of day-to-day actions on deals between Front Office (CashManagement Officers) and Back Office (Billing team)

KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

Oversee and coordinate all the actions at the origination of the deal, help Front Office to establish the Statement of Work of each new deal, based on Product Reference. The objective is to ensure a clear review of the scoping of scope entities, scoping the products needs by client and pricing applied (standard or negotiated items).

A key part of the role is to support front officers with pricing to billing for new transactions (EMEA common methodology, provide clear information on products, way of pricing, standard methodology, standard pricing, rules of deviations, rules,…)

Collaborate with Implementation teams to ensure proper interpretation of the product rollout and associated pricing. Establish the Operational Statement of Work to confirm various actors, actions, timing and follow up the actions. 

Prepare the final Master format, according to Statement of Work to achieve the Billing Configuration with the collect of the key information (scoping of entities, product, pricing, invoicing detail, one off and subscriptions specificities…) and build the files to load in the billing engine (Xelerate).

·    Execute Process control & monitoring:

  • Another part of the role is to establish and apply key controls to ensure transactions are processed according to the Statement of Work. The strong level of control to perform and feed the dashboards to monitor deals activities.
  • A key part of the role is to ensure a relevant reconciliation between all sources of information, for example cross check Statement of Work with the signed version of the contract, check final Billing configuration by analysing the Pricing Extract Report, conduct regular and exhaustive controls of subscriptions, one off to check the efficient process of counting and the update of billing engine parameters (volume actives).
  • Generate and update reports/dashboards: contact view, legal entity view, business group view, country view, the feeding of dashboard in a dynamic day to day review to ensure a consistent and permanent accuracy of information.
  • Act as a single point of contact to provide transaction details, facilitate communication between teams to ensure a permanent alignment of information.

RESPONSABILIDADES
 * Gestionar la cartera de clientes a través de un profundo conocimiento de sus condiciones contractuales y sus necesidades.

DESCRIPCION DE LAS FUNCIONES

 * Contratación en Cliente Existente: 
 Analizar necesidades del cliente y llevar a cabo la estrategia junto con el BM. 
 * Realizar la presentación tanto de la propuesta de valor como comercial al cliente, en función de la estrategia de cada cuenta. 
 * Gestion análisis de las renovaciones con antelación en base a la situación del mercado. 
 * Negociar con el cliente la propuesta, solicitando la intervención del BM si lo considera necesario. 
 * Solicitar al cliente toda la información necesaria para gestionar internamente el pedido. 
 

 Gestión de la relación con el cliente:
 * Trabajar sistemáticamente de forma conjunta con el Business Manager fomentando el flujo de información del cliente entre ambos con reuniones semanales
 * Implementar internamente los acuerdos establecidos con el cliente. 
* Trasladar las peticiones administrativas del cliente al equipo de Sales Support apoyando al mismo en caso de duda en la gestión. (pedidos, cancelaciones, actualizaciones de datos, reporting, subrogaciones etc) 
 * Registro, análisis-asesoramiento y propuesta de soluciones ante reclamaciones y uso con rigor de gestos comerciales. 
 * Implementar las acciones derivadas de las visitas realizadas con el cliente. 
 * Gestion y actualización en Sales Force de las oportunidades tanto de renovación como de crecimiento. 
 * Seguimiento y análisis de las encuestas NPS, y preparar plan de acción a seguir para revertir la situación en caso necesario junto con el BM. 
* Analizar el informe de flota para detectar desviaciones kilométricas, renovaciones y realizar su presentación al cliente. 
* Detección y propuesta de servicios adicionales que encajen con las necesidades del cliente. 

 REQUISITOS

 Formacion:

Formación Profesional, valorable estudios universitarios. 

 Formación Complementaria: atención al cliente, técnicas de venta, fidelización de clientes, reclamaciones y gestión de conflictos.

MISIÓN
Identificar, evaluar y gestionar los riesgos operacionales de principio a fin incluyendo el riesgo de fraude, de terceras partes, conducta, cumplimiento normativo, regulatorio, así como otros riesgos.

RESPONSABILIDADES

 Identificación y Evaluación de riesgos y de controles (Risk and Control Self Assessment-RCSA):
 * Asegurar que la identificación de los procesos claves y riesgos materiales, así como sus factores mitigadores están inventariados y mantenidos en su nivel adecuado.
 * Mantener la cartografía y la taxonomía de riesgos, actualizada a su respectivo nivel.
 * Asegurar la adecuada implementación de la cartografía de riesgos en el perímetro de aplicación de la 1ª línea de defensa
 * Realizar la identificación del riesgo en coordinación con otras funciones de control interno cuando sea necesario asegurando la validación del manager y la consistencia con el apetito de riesgo.
 * Contribuir a la definición de un plan remediación y de seguimiento cuando sea necesario.

 · Asegurar que los requerimientos establecidos en los procedimientos de grupo se implementan localmente y se complementan con las especificidades locales (regulación, herramientas, organización).

 ·         En función del resultado de la cartografía de riesgos y de otros eventos de riesgos como los incidentes históricos, los resultados de los controles, eventos externos o misiones de auditoría, identificar y proponer la calibración de los diferentes procedimientos de la entidad.

 · Definir y actualizar periódicamente el plan de control de la entidad de acuerdo con los resultados de la evaluación del riesgo, la regulación, y otros eventos de riesgo (HI, resultados de control, acontecimientos externos, misiones de auditoría…).

 ·         Ejecutar y/o coordinar los controles con arreglo al plan de control

 · Velar por que los resultados de los controles sean examinados y analizados por la dirección de las Entidad y, cuando proceda, por los equipos operacionales/partes interesadas pertinentes, y asegurar la definición de planes de acción de rehabilitación cuando sea necesario.

 Tras la notificación/recepción de los informes, organizar el seguimiento de los resultados y recomendaciones de supervisión de auditoría interna o externo y garantizar su cierre en la fecha prevista.

 Gestión de incidentes históricos (incluidos los casi- pérdidas)

 ·         Declarar los incidentes (incluida la medición de los impactos económicos), informar y actualizar en la base de datos del Grupo (así como en las bases de datos locales si fuera necesario), incluidos los casos sospechosos y de intento de fraude.

 · Vigilar, en colaboración con las funciones de Control Independientes, eventos externos para que cualquier acontecimiento externo importante se tenga en cuenta en el marco de riesgos operacionales. 

 · Coordinar, apoyar y asesorar en el proceso de validación de operaciones excepcionales, nuevos productos, actividades y procesos- TAC/NAC (incluidas las iniciativas de subcontratación), y seguimiento de que se cumplen las condiciones establecidas por las funciones de control.

 ·         Coordinar o garantizar la participación en los comités que garantizan la adhesión permanente de Arval a la normativa, y, en particular aquellos que revisen el resultado de los indicadores y de los controles regulatorios, que escalen las incidencias detectadas, que hagan seguimiento de las medidas correctivas necesarias, del análisis de los efectos del cambio de reglamentación en el marco de control interno y todo en colaboración con las otras funciones de control independiente

MISSION

 

  • Business Area/Department Overview
    • The current application production support is based in Madrid for Global Banking European local application support and maintain over 260 applications for a wide variety of internal clients for BNP Paribas CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking), utilizing various technologies. The team also assist end users and provide a good quality of service, security, monitoring and reporting through both on Technical and Functional support.
    • Members of the team work with a wide variety of core technologies, in-house and third-party systems.

 

  • Purpose & Scope of the role

In line with the overall BNP Paribas sourcing strategy, this role will be in Spain as part of a Madrid based team.

The role is also to ensure a high-quality level of services for all these applications and their users. It includes involvement in:

      • Manage team effort and ensure effective delivery of services.
      • Supervise support activities, service delivery, engage in disaster recovery (DR) and IT Continuity activities guidelines.
      • Manage escalations related to Production across IT applications and drive stakeholder communications.
      • Manage production issues down situations under tight SLA deadlines.
      • Experience troubleshooting, analysis, research and resolution using advanced query, programming skills, conduct root cause analysis, and identify mitigations/risk.

Context of the consultation / mission

In close collaboration with the CIB EMEA sales teams and the Trade Finance Competence Center, and within the Trade Customer Support teams, the Implementation Manager’s & support missions are part of a proactive approach to digitalization of Trade Finance customers. This eBanking Implementation activity is complementary to the other activities of Trade Customer Support (TCS) which manages the support and technical set-up of customers on BNP Paribas’ Global Trade Finance Channels:

• Connexis Trade, an eBanking platform managing documentary credit operations.

• Connexis Guarantee, a platform allowing customers to select and request the issuance of Guarantees, to follow the issuance as well as consult the guarantees already issued.

• Swifnet an eBanking platform managing guarantees operations.

• The DWINGS client front-end, known as “Connexis Guarantee Reporting”, a tactical solution allowing the DWINGS back-office to be opened to the bank’s clients to give them visibility on their guarantees.

The mission will be structured around the following activities:

1. The proper management of end-to-end customer projects for the implementation & support of eBanking solutions, in close collaboration with the customer relationship manager.

– Identification of the scope of the project, in agreement with the client and the relationship manager.

– Project execution, consolidation and updating of project progress monitoring tables

– Weekly reporting on the progress of projects with local and central stakeholders.

2. Promotion and presentation of eBanking tools to customers, always in collaboration with Trade Relations Managers.

– Presentation of the tool’s functionalities, carrying out demonstrations with customers, explanation of the onboarding processes necessary for the implementation of the solution.

3. Expertise in eBanking tools and associated onboarding processes:

– Mastery of the functionalities of eBanking tools & support

– Expertise of stakeholders and their roles

– Mastery of onboarding and support processes for eBanking tools

4. Management of contracts with customers

5. Ensure completeness and relevance of customer registration forms with the information necessary for the technical setup of eBanking platforms.

5. Registration of customer contracts in the various eBanking systems, creation of users, activation of interfaces with the bank’s other systems

6. Management of stock recovery of active customer transactions

7. Support & assist any clients needs in relation with those ebanking tools acting as an Level 1 suport.

Beyond mastery of project management, the candidate must be rigorous, organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel. He must demonstrate an ability to carry out actions effectively until their conclusion. With good interpersonal skills, he will be able to operate in a cross-functional context and lead discussions with multiple people at the same time.

Knowledge of the banking profession or even Trade would be an undeniable plus. Fluent English is mandatory. Ease of communication and the ability to make “Cold Calls” is highly appreciated.

The required experience is at least 3 to 5 years. The corresponding profile is CF2 or CF3.

The mission is part of the IT Group Production Security – Defense teams. This team is specialized in security and data protection issues. The primary responsibility of the teams is to provide security services within the overall requirements framework while ensuring the operational readiness and Level 3 support of these services within an international scope. 

Scope: Key Management Services (KMS), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Encryption, PKI, cryptographic services, smart cards, strong authentication solutions, electronic signature, etc.

Mission & Role summary 

Within the Crypto Services expertise team, the mission will be to ensure the operational maintenance of the Group’s cryptographic security services (HSM, KMS, BYOK, KYOK, KMS, etc.) and to participate in the evolution of digital trust services (encryption, key management, electronic signature solutions, etc.).

It is expected that you operate in a cloud context (Office 365, IBM and others) to meet new uses and security needs (authentication, encryption, signature). In this context, you will contribute to the study, qualification and subsequent implementation of new security solutions. A technical background, security and project management is therefore needed.

You will contribute to the on-call duty rotation provided to ensure the high availability of services provided by the Crypto Services expert team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Colaborar en el proceso de liquidación de gastos de los empleados:

· Coordinar el alta de empleados en Concur y SAP

· Actuar como soporte a los usuarios y comunicar incidencias a los equipos de soporte para su resolución

Colaborar en el proceso de alta de proveedores en las distintas herramientas

Elaboración de las facturas emitidas por servicios prestados a otras entidades del Grupo a solicitud de los distintos departamentos, envío de las mismas, registro contable y reporting fiscal de las mismas.

 

Realizar funciones de back-up de otros procesos llevados a cabo en el departamento, de forma ocasional. En el proceso de facturas recibidas, preparar la contabilización de las mismas y la elaboración de propuestas de pago y el reporting fiscal de las mismas. Realizar contabilidad mensual de gastos generales en las entidades que no lo tienen delegado.
