We are looking to hire a junior for back office with no experience to join our Madrid team, but any prior experience will be regarded as a plus. As a junior back office, you will report to the manager and assist with various administrative tasks. MISIÓN
El becario está bajo la responsabilidad del Responsable de la Relación Clientes, trabaja en el seno del Departamento de Atención al Cliente.
Estará encargado de proveer soporte del departamento de relación con los clientes tanto a los gestores como a los RMs en la gestión diaria de consultas, solicitudes y requerimientos.

MISSION
As a Junior Analyst in Private Capital Fund Administration, you will be the go‑to professional for onboarding new funds, handling investor transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Process investor capital movements, contributions and distributions for Spain‑ and Luxembourg‑domiciled funds.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, invoice entry and NAV preparation in the accounting system.
  • Generate financial statements and quarterly NAVs in line with the applicable GAAP.
  • Compile regulatory reports for CNMV, AEAT and Banco de España.

MISSION

Reporting to the General Service Manager, the Hospitality Manager will be responsible for coordinating reception and customer service services, catering services and wellness/work-life balance programs for employees, ensuring excellent and high-standard experience for customers, partners and employees who use BNP Paribas’ offices and business centres in Spain.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Reception Management

  • Supervise and coordinate the reception team to ensure professional and efficient attention, both physically and by telephone.
  • Manage the flow of visitors, and access control following the protocols defined by security, including compliance with the CAE law by suppliers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the resolution of incidents related to customer and employee service.
  • Manage reservations for business center meeting rooms, coworking spaces and visitor parking spaces, optimizing space occupancy.
  • Ensure that rooms are prepared (cleanliness, temperature, and furnishings) before each session.
  • Define procedures and keep the action manuals of each work center updated to guarantee the satisfaction of employees and customers.

Coordination of Catering Services

  • Coordinate with Communication, Security and Maintenance the events that take place in the Business Centers.
  • Supervise the quality, punctuality and presentation of vending and fruit services for employees.
  • Validate billing for directly managed services and ensure regulatory compliance.

MISSION

This role is responsible for the administration of Unix‑based servers within BNP Paribas – primarily RHEL, Ubuntu and Debian. Our environment spans a large, hybrid infrastructure of physical and virtual servers that supports mission‑critical applications and continuous production workloads.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure production stability – monitor, tune and troubleshoot the server park so that all services meet their SLA deadlines and remain available for end‑user operations.
  • Drive process‑automation – design, script and implement automated workflows (e.g., provisioning, configuration management, patching, and compliance checks) that reduce manual effort, accelerate delivery, and improve repeatability across the whole fleet.
  • Maintain high‑availability architectures – deploy, configure and support HA solutions (clustering, load‑balancing, fail‑over) to guarantee uninterrupted production services.

ABOUT THE JOB 

The Trade Finance Service Centre, with more than 100 HC, is a large critical area within Operations covering Traditional Trade products (bank guarantees and documentary products) and servicing the main European countries: Austria, Germany, Netherland, Spain and UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the issuing of international guarantees, direct/indirect with due regard to legal, compliance and risk aspects.
  • Perform controls to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory regulations. 
  • Communication with the European Sites, Global Trade Service, Compliance & Legal Departments and other Banks.
  • Register the transactions within the Bank tools, ensuring a high level of accuracy in the records.
  • Keep the guarantee records.

 MISSION

As a Run Manager, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of IT services for our international partners. You will act as the vital link between business needs and technical execution, managing incidents, demands, and security compliance. Your work directly maintains the high service levels required by our global customers.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

Monitor and triage incidents, prioritizing resolutions and managing escalations to minimize business impact.

Lead root-cause analysis and deliver detailed post-incident reports to prevent future issues.

Coordinate with technical teams to manage evolution demands, tracking budgets and requirements.

Act as the primary contact for pricing parameter configurations and system updates.

Serve as the Security Champion, managing IT risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance standards.

Maintain transparent communication with partners through daily updates and monthly performance reports.

 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Proven ability to build and activate professional networks across IT and Operations.

Strong analytical skills to solve complex operational challenges.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message for both technical and business audiences.

Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).

Proficiency in French (B2 level or higher) is required.
