As a Trade Operations Analyst you will ensure client‑focused processing of documentary credits and collections, guaranteeing compliance and speed. You will act as the trusted link between clients, Front Office and Back‑Office, safeguarding the quality and integrity of every transaction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- RESPONSIBILITIES

Instruct the Centralised Back-Office in India for the processing of commercial LCs and documentary collections.

In coordination with the Back-Office, ensure that letter of credit transactions are in conformity with client instructions, UCP Publication 600/ISP98, and the Bank’s credit/compliance procedures.

Ensure timely processing of sensitive transactions and report to management any unusual or intricate transactions requiring review, discussion and or approval
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field (preferred).
- 5–7 years experience in documentary trade products (LCs, collections).
- Strong knowledge of UCP, ISP, ISBP and related regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and SWIFT; solid accounting fundamentals for documentary products.

Trade Finance HUB
The Trade Finance Service Centre, with more than 100 HC, is a large and critical area within Operations covering Traditional Trade products (bank guarantees and documentary products) and servicing the main European countries: Austria, Germany, Netherland, Spain and UK.
Main responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS
Training and occupational experience:
- A good understanding of Guarantees products and specific regulation (URDG, ISP, UCP…)

- The calculation, invoicing, claim, monitoring and follow up of fees related to guarantees and counter-guarantees issued.

ETT para cubrir el período vacacional del departamento para dar soporte al área de Nómina y Gestión RH
Funciones:
- Realización del ciclo de vida completo del empleado: contratación, alta, baja, cambios de contrato/jornada, cambios orgánicos
- Mantenimiento de datos: personales, centro de trabajo (aperturas de empresas, centros de trabajo, cuentas de cotización)
- Incidencias sobre el tiempo de trabajo, vacaciones, permisos, ausencias legales (enfermedad accidente), guardias
- Realización los certificados de empresa y gestión de acceso al portal del empleado
- Apoyo a la realización del proceso mensual de nómina

MISSION
As a Junior Analyst in Private Capital Fund Administration, you will be the go‑to professional for onboarding new funds, handling investor transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will support fund accounting, tax and regulatory reporting, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of service and data quality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Process investor capital movements, contributions and distributions for Spain‑ and Luxembourg‑domiciled funds.
- Perform bank reconciliations, invoice entry and NAV preparation in the accounting system.
- Generate financial statements and quarterly NAVs in line with the applicable GAAP.
- Compile regulatory reports for CNMV, AEAT and Banco de España.
- Set up investor accounts, share classes and produce periodic investor communication.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience (or strong interest) in fund accounting, FA/TA of private‑capital funds in Spain or Luxembourg.
- Good understanding of depositary and fund‑administration operational routines.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong teamwork, negotiation, creativity and adaptability skills.
