MISSION
Group Regulatory Reporting Projects(GRRP) team oversees the implementation of OFS roll out program across thedifferent regions and business within the group. In parallel, in our pipelinewe have as well several finance projects related with regulatory changes orbusiness requirements.
The main responsibility of this roleis to implement, coordinate and follow up projects related to/impactingFinancial Accounting and Reporting systems as well as to provide FunctionalFinance Systems expertise on the BAU, at regional level, with respect toSystems settings and their impact on Finance activity. The main program todaywithin the scope of the team is the OFS Program (One Financial System). Theobjective of this program is the implementation of the OFS system as the mainaccounting ledger of the different BNP entities around the world.
Responsibilities
- Project scope definition (legacy understanding, analysis and impact assessment)
- Business requirements, proposed solution analysis
- Testing scenario and planning
- Contribute to Finance systems enhancement, standardization, automation and end-to-end systems data quality improvement
- Ensuring the migration of the General Ledger of a BNP entity to the OFS System, in addition to the different reporting streams being fed from it (Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Credit Risk Reporting, Liquidity Reporting and Local Regulatory Reporting).
- Coordinate and manage communication with the final users, as well as the preparation and the execution of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) sessions with them.
- Assist central teams with the study/deployment of changes to the Finance architecture in Europe (e.g. testing of new accounting interfaces or system enhancements in the Finance domain; validation of changes to the Finance architecture …)
- Share best practices and homogenize solutions on tools across the Region
- Support the production teams on the resolution of systems data quality issues in BAU mode
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a Project Management
- Strong knowledge of banking activities and products
- IT skills: Excel advanced user, Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Business Object…), database consultation (SQL…), PowerPoint. Knowledge of Finance tools and systems would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of accounting, financial reporting processes in Banking and Capital Market industry
- Language: fluent in English (both oral and written), French is a plus
- Good communication (spoken and written) and capability to work and interact with people of different expertise and hierarchical level

About the job
Main responsibility:
Is a key role in the design and improvement of user experience of reports and data visualizations used for managing enterprise performance management in the different domains of IT. Working on behalf of central IT Governance team creates the KPI reports and visualizations, challenges UX design and trains PF subsidiaries and PF Central users of the Enterprise Performance management solution about how to use the tool and make collaborative evolutions of the KPI visualizations.
In this context, your functions will be:
- Design Reports and Data Visualizations using Power BI and Jedox EPM solution.
- Train and evangelize EPM solution users in PF Subsidiaries & Central on the usage of Jedox EPM solution for KPI calculation and visualization and collaborative building and improvement.
- Advice on UX design of visualizations and challenge the requirements of users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
TP and CIT support to all business lines/entities/functions
– Individual annual TP reports and Master File preparation in coordination with the external tax advisors and GTD Paris.
– Coordination with the local group entities to prepare TP reports, individual and Master File.
– Valuation policy and group operations/services treatment by the entities/business lines/functions and GTD Paris.
– Restructuring operations supervision, such as contributions of branch of activity, mergers, transfers of activity, etc.
– Booking policy in intragroup operations such as financing RPAs and transnational share business agreements related to.
– Review CIT and TP criterion applied in SLAs.
– Individual CIT returns preparation support.
– Coordination within the different entities/departments in order to prepare the consolidated CIT returns, with new entities joining the groups, entities´ exit, restructuring operations, etc.
– Analysis of regulatory changes in CIT and TP and adaption to the group in Spain, in communication with the different finance areas.
– Specific analysis required by GTD France, on Spanish regulation (CIT and TP).
Internal and external reporting support to all business lines/entities/functions
– Preparation of some specific annual reporting obligatoins at the level of the group or individual reporting obligations not assumed by finance, such as CbC, 181, 345, Pilar II, FATCA/AEOI reporting, DAC6, etc.
– Support to local finance and to the operations departments, on the reporting to the TA, based on regulatory changes, tax treatments, etc
– Support on QI and FATCA specific reporting issues.
The tax function is the “local coordinator” in respect to FATCA/AEOI reporting, with the aim of review and control that all the participants in the local reporting confirm the data.
– Internal proceeding preparation related to the Tax Function and follow up.
– Tax Function Generic Control Plan preparation and follow up.
– Tax Function controls preparation and follow up.
– Communications/notifications/requirements control, received from the TA and coordination with the related departments in order to prepare and monitoring the answers.
– Preparation of claims before the TA or the Courts with regard to any tax aspects (local or Regional taxes, State taxes, etc.).
– Regular reporting to GTD Paris (tax risk, new operations, etc) in order to perform the direct reporting to the functional management.
– Tax on activities control over all the activities of the group in Spain, including the participation in the specific committees and dedicated meetings.
– Tax audit point of contact. Monitoring and follow up of tax audits.
Support on non resident clients´ “tax reclaim” service and management of tax certificates
– Support on any issue related to the “tax reclaim” services provided to clients.
– Support to the custodian with regard to any change in the non resident regulation or in the Conventions to avoid double taxation.
– Management of certifications for the group entities, (tax residency; FATCA; QI; or other)
– Electronic tax certificates management, request and uploading when necessary with their corresponding legal procedure.
General support to business lines and functions on their activities
– Support to hhrr in order to obtain the necessary certifications for employees applying the special tax regime of Art.93 of the PIT and other support functions in relation to tax treatment and formalities for transferred employees.
– Support to finance departments in any issue related to VAT, invoicing or other issues.
– Monitoring changes of tax legislation impacting any area in the group.
– Inform of relevant tax changes to the functions and business lines.

MISSION
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics are areas of rapid and significant change, increasingly shaping how business is conducted, regulated, measured and reported on.
From a risk management perspective, BNP Paribas considers that ESG factors are risk drivers that may have potential impacts on existing risks such as credit, operational or market risks.
In this context, BNP Paribas has decided to take bold actions to further strengthen the Bank’s initiatives and framework in these areas. So did the RISK Function with the creation of the RISK ESG team at the end of 2020.
Accordingly, the RISK ESG team is a transversal team which aims at supporting and steering the integration of ESG risk factors within Group’s risk management framework.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the RISK ESG Team, the Credit & Sustainable Finance team is in charge of credit related matters and processes requiring embedding ESG factors, across the Group various métiers/poles and for all corporates clients and Financial Institutions.
RISK ESG Credit & Sustainable Finance team, as part of the second line of defense, is accountable for the design and the sound functioning of the ESG risk management framework. It should ensure adequate set-ups are in place to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report on the ESG-related performance and risks through the client journey.
The Credit & Sustainable Finance team is involved in setting up ESG-related frameworks, in coordination with business lines and other functions, and in ensuring their effective implementation in the operational processes, in particular credit processes, encompassing:
– ESG assessment at the Counterparty level: ensuring suited ESG assessment methodologies are deployed and implemented in operational processes, so that ESG Assessment outcome can serve as a basis to assess any impact (including financial one) on the counterparty’s overall profile and adapt product offer and risk appetite
– ESG assessment at the transaction’s level: contributing to define articulation criteria of any transaction vs. counterparty-level ESG assessment and to operational insertion of transaction-level assessment in the credit process, notably for ESG tagged transactions
– Monitoring and controls linked to ESG in the credit chain: ensure ESG-related matters are duly monitored and that adequate credit controls are in place
As such, the Credit & Sustainable Finance team is in charge of ensuring and/or effectively contributing to produce:
– ESG frameworks or set-ups (ESG assessment design/enhancement, ESG labels/tags, operational insertion etc.).
– Policies, procedures and guidelines ruling the above, ensuring they are comprehensive, exhaustive, up-to-date and provided to the relevant stakeholders (RISK, Business lines etc.), ensure articulation and consistency Group-wide, advising on ESG & credit related topics upon request
– Analyses and challenge of results of the assessments, dashboards, articulation with other ESG evaluation (portfolio alignment, other assessments methods in the bank, etc.) participation in other RISK’s committees/forums to share information/expertise
– Analyses / communications to be incorporated in the Group internal reporting / committees up to top management and external publications such as CSRD, on the ESG Assessment, sustainable finance and credit related topics.
The ESG analyst will report to the Head of Credit & Sustainable Finance team on all these topics, within RISK ESG Paris, with a local reporting line to the RISK ESG Team Leader in Madrid.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
· At least 7 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in corporate banking (such as financing metier, coverage entity, credit analyst, risk officer etc…) or audit
· Knowledge in corporate credit analysis
· Knowledge of the credit process (and ideally related operational process of the credit chain) and credit decision.
· Knowledge in ESG would be a plus.
· French is a plus.
