MISSION

We are seeking a Junior Back Office to join our Depositary Services team in Madrid. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure the efficient administration of both Traditional and Private Equity Investment Funds. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity and operational accuracy through the management and validation of client data, the processing of buy/sell instructions and subscriptions, and the rigorous control of payments and settlements. Additionally, the analyst will leverage their knowledge of the Spanish market to assist clients in risk management and the prevention of operational incidents

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support and deliver operational processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of securities. Ensure trade transactions are booked correctly in systems for clean downstream settlement.

–       Perform all BAU tasks in timely manner and according to procedures of ownership verification and record keeping

–       Support, follow up and ensure the ownership verification is done for all positions on time

–       Ensure proper monitoring of Service Level Descriptions and specificities agreed with clients

–       Monitoring of customer incidents and problems

–       Data management and record keeping

–       Completing tasks within regulatory compliance

–       ‘Client focus’ attitude to maintain a fluid relationship with clients that enable them to obtain their best service perception

–       Proactively communicate any cases that could be subject to escalation. Ensure that escalation flow is being respected

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studies

–       Degree in related field of study (business admin. or similar)

–       Master on Finance or business school or equivalent will be a plus

  • Experience

–       Experience in finance or related positions is not required, but it will be value

–       English (minimum of level of B2, but C1 is a plus). French is also a plus

MISSION
As a Financial Accountant you will ensure accurate end‑to‑end expense booking and reporting for EMEA entities. You will maintain general ledgers, guarantee data quality for all reporting streams, and contribute to a solid control framework that underpins the Group’s financial integrity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead monthly closing activities, from bookkeeping to final reporting.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, including inter‑entity transfers and overheads.
  • Perform IFRS 16 calculations, depreciation, amortisation and tax classifications.
  • Convert accounting data into management accounting insights following MARP rules.
  • Support auditors and internal stakeholders with timely, high‑quality information.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • University degree or Master’s in Accounting/Finance.
  • 3‑4 years of finance experience in multinational settings, preferably with audit or consultancy exposure.

MISSION

The main objectives of BOOST Fronting team are:

  • Secure the proper uses of FRESH Tools by Finance/Risk

Vous aurez comme missions :

  • Veiller à ce que la méthodologie d’externalisation intragroupe soit correctement appliquée, conformément aux procédures du Groupe et à la réglementation en vigueur, ainsi qu’à la stratégie.
  • Fournir un soutien aux équipes RISK dans la production de la documentation obligatoire.
  • Coordonner la collecte d’informations et le processus de validation avec les fonctions de contrôle du Groupe et les principales parties prenantes impliquées à l’échelle mondiale.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un master en école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou à l’université,

La idea es que durante su beca tenga la oportunidad de tener una visión poliédrica de la actividad desarrollada por el Departamento, así como adquirir cierta experiencia y métodos de trabajo en el campo jurídico, en una gran entidad multinacional.

Prestará apoyo al Departamento, con especial dedicación a las tareas propias de la Secretaría General (Derecho Societario y Derecho Mercantil general, así como temas en los ámbitos registral, notarial, hipotecario, administrativo, y regulatorio, incluido todo lo relativo al derecho electrónico) y su Tutor/a le formará, le orientará, hará su seguimiento y le evaluará al final del proceso.

Studies

  • Estudiante de Master (p.ej. Máster Acceso a la Abogacía, Máster Derecho Digital, Derecho de Empresa o similares)
  • Graduado en Derecho 

Experience: 

  • No indispensable, pero se valorará – Despacho de Abogados, Empresa, u otros.

We are the Finance & Risk Solutions (FRS) hub within BNP Paribas IT. With over 1,400 professionals in Spain and Portugal, we provide the tech platform that powers Finance, Risk and ALM Treasury. Our work supports major regulatory reforms, ESG commitments and the shift to cloud. We help shape the bank’s transformation across Europe.

MISSION

You will integrate in a project team dedicated to develop solutions as part of the digital transformation taking part in Finance. Activities spanning from administration, support, training, and maintenance, enhancements to projects, contribution to process reengineering and roadmap definition. 

The project team is a decisive player in the design of the application road map, ensuring the adequacy between target architecture orientation and users main stake.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

•    Assume the maintenance and development of the tactical tools for FRS in Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Dataiku, and SQL database.

•    Ensure BAU handover to Level1 support or end users

•    On call support of Finance teams during closing periods.

•    Contribute to transversal Finance/Fresh optimization projects: 

•    Contribute to draft several project documents (Detailed specifications, User Guide…)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Educational background: Bachelor Degree on Engineering, Economics or equivalent

Previous working experience: Between 3 to 6 years of experience

Hard skills:

•    Good knowledge of Finance (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis) its mandatory

•    Good knowledge and use of Alteryx or DataIKU or Talend or Informatica or SSIS, MS Excel, MS Access and SQL Server as a backend

•    Good knowledge of Tableau software (appreciated)

•    Knowledge of BI Infrastructure

•    Good Project Management skills

•    Comfortable with Visual Basic for Applications language apply for Excel, Access (mandatory), SQL Server design (tables, queries, stored procedure)

MISSION

As an IT Project Owner – Business Analyst, you will lead the delivery of Local Regulatory Reporting (LRR) solutions. You will combine end-to-end project management with deep analytical design to ensure our systems meet current and future business needs. Your role is to translate strategic finance objectives into technical reality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, defining scope, budgets, and resources for transversal IT projects.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
  • Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the defect backlog to ensure quality.
  • Act as the primary link between Finance business units and the IT organization.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or an Engineering degree with finance knowledge.
  • 2 years of experience in Finance or Project Management within the banking sector.
  • Proven experience implementing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Fluent English (B2 minimum); French knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Jira (or similar Agile tools).
  • Experience as a BA in Finance systems or accounting interfaces (preferred).
  • Ability to simplify complex data and interact with different hierarchical levels.
