SOBRE EL PUESTO
MISIÓN
En BNP Paribas Personal Finance, precisamos incorporar un(a) estudiante o recién licenciado/a en beca que pueda dar soporte a un equipo de desarrollo internacional, que forma parte de South Europe Technologies (SET) – Centro Internacional de Servicios Compartidos de IT, Data, Operaciones y Ciberseguridad.
FUNCIONES:
Después de una formación interna con el líder del departamento, las principales responsabilidades del puesto serán (de forma gradual):
1. Planificación y Preparación Técnica
•Apoyar en la documentación y definición de los requisitos técnicos para nuevas implementaciones en la plataforma AB Initio.
•Apoyar en la coordinación de la implementación de proyectos de gestión de datos junto con diferentes países y líneas de negocio.
•Evaluar y destacar oportunidades para mejorar nuestra aplicación de gestión de datos.
2. Gestión del entorno y la Implementación
•Crear documentación de instalación y operación.
•Ayudar en el diseño y desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades de Data Governance (diccionarios aplicativos, flujos, etc).
•Diseñar nuevos procesos de ingesta para implementar la trazabilidad técnica y comercial de los datos.
•Coordinar las instalaciones en los diferentes entornos con el IT OPS.
3. Infraestructura y Soporte Técnico
•Gestionar la creación de solicitudes de infraestructura (como aperturas de firewall, solicitudes de VIP, configuración de CFT, etc. ), que deberá implementar el IT OPS.
•Proporcionar soporte técnico a las diferentes entidades PF sobre controles de calidad.
•Coordinar para realizar actualizaciones de versión de la plataforma AB Initio.
•Supervisar los recursos del sistema para garantizar el rendimiento y la disponibilidad.
4. Desarrollo y Mantenimiento
•Diseñar e implementar vistas de datos para apoyar la implementación de controles de calidad y perfilación.
•Mantener los desarrollos y mejoras específicas realizadas en la plataforma AB Initio.
•Asegurar la calidad del código y aplicar prácticas de integración continua.
•Conectar con soluciones de almacenamiento de datos masivos para alojar datos en la plataforma de Governance (HDFS, IBM Cloud Storage, Parquet, bases de datos SQL/NOSQL).
•Desarrollar y desplegar actualizaciones de aplicaciones sobre controles de calidad u otras funcionalidades.
•Escribir, implementar y probar controles de calidad de datos basados en solicitudes comerciales.
•Mejorar y desarrollar la interfaz de usuario dentro de la aplicación.
•Mantener la programación de intercambios de archivos y pipelines de datos.
5. Control de Calidad y Documentación
•Realizar pruebas exhaustivas de nuestros diferentes entornos y datos de producción.
•Mantener la documentación funcional actualizada.
•Participar en la fase de Aceptación de Pruebas de los diferentes proyectos.
•Realizar controles para asegurarse de que se cumplan los estándares de calidad de los datos.
6. Comunicación y Asesoramiento
•Realizar presentaciones a países/líneas de negocio y asesorarles sobre la mejor implementación de enfoques de control de datos.
REQUISITOS:
- Actualmente estás cursando o has completado recientemente una Licenciatura o Maestría en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, Matemáticas o un campo técnico relacionado.
- Comprensión de bases de datos relacionales y SQL.
- Experiencia con programación PL/SQL (se prefiere Oracle).
- Conocimientos básicos de modelado de datos y procesos ETL son un plus.
- Conocimientos prácticos de comandos de shell de Unix para operaciones de rutina son un plus.
- Conocimiento de C o lenguajes similares a C es un plus.
- Dominio de paquete Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, Power Point y Word.
- Inglés (mínimo B2, tanto hablado como escrito) / francés (valorable).
