Concrètement votre quotidien ?
En tant que VIE Planning & Forecasting Analyst, vous intégrerez le département dédié à la planification et à la prévision financière. Vous serez un acteur clé du suivi de la performance, de l’analyse des écarts et de la consolidation des données financières et opérationnelles. Votre quotidien consistera à produire des analyses et des reportings pour la direction locale et le siège, tout en garantissant la fiabilité et la clarté des informations.
Au sein d’une équipe internationale, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Collecter, analyser et consolider les données financières et opérationnelles pour le suivi de la performance.
- Réaliser des prévisions de revenus pour différentes activités.
- Analyser les écarts par rapport au budget et aux périodes précédentes.
- Contribuer à la production de reportings mensuels et ponctuels.
- Préparer des présentations à destination du management et du siège.
- Utiliser Excel et des outils internes (Perseus) pour l’analyse et le reporting.
Vous évoluerez dans un environnement collaboratif, en interaction régulière avec les équipes locales et le siège. La maîtrise de l’espagnol est essentielle pour les échanges quotidiens, et l’anglais est requis pour les interactions avec le siège.

Et la rémunération ?
Fixée par arrêté ministériel, elle est versée mensuellement et se compose de deux éléments :
- Une indemnité commune, identique pour tous les jeunes en mission
- Une indemnité géographique, variable selon le pays (et parfois la ville) de destination. Cette indemnité est recalculée chaque trimestre.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’école de commerce ou d’ingénieur (ou équivalent universitaire), avec une première expérience en finance, analyse ou contrôle de gestion (stage ou alternance inclus).

As a DR Orchestration Lead, you will:
- Schedule, coordinate and execute major DR exercises for Paris and London (with future EMEA scope).
- Prepare and circulate post‑exercise reports, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders.
- Support the Global ITO Production ICRO and Critical Incident Management teams as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan and schedule local and regional DR drills, aligning calendars across business units.
- Execute exercises, monitor performance, and capture incidents or issues in real time.
- Produce comprehensive post‑exercise and provide evidence for audits.
- Engage stakeholders, drive remediation actions, and deliver training on DR processes.
- Maintain CommandPoint failover/failback instances for FR and UK data‑centers, ensuring continuous availability.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Degree in Computer Science (Preferred) and ITIL Foundation (certification desirable).
- ≥5 years in IT infrastructure, platforms, and DR/Business Continuity; proven team‑lead and project‑management experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT continuity concepts, risk analysis, and infrastructure services.
- Fluent English (B2/C level, mandatory); French a plus.

ABOUT THE JOB
CONTEXT AND ROLE SUMMARY
The Telecom & Workspace Domain is part of the Corporate and Institutional Banking Information Technology & Operations (CIB ITO) of BNP Paribas. Within this domain, the IT proximity support is responsible for delivering best class end user onsite support of Company employees. Constantly adapting and evolving to be on the edge of the industry leading practices and technologies.
The IT Support Coordinator is responsible of coordinating the team effort to ensure that all end users have the appropriate IT tools to do their job providing them a first level of onsite IT support. She/He provides timely information to end users, assets and restore degraded services. Having the activities supervised by the IT Support Team Lead, she/he will focus on end users’ satisfaction and service excellence to bring the highest quality of support to the Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination responsibilities:
• Coordinate team activities.
• Ensure all procedures are being applied by the technicians.
• Coordinate calendar shifts and roles in the location assigned.
• Provide technical support to the team.
• Escalation and conflict handling.
Technical responsibilities:
• Check and analyse the incidents, contact the end users, and provide a first level of support.
• Manage requests.
• Maintain the stockroom clean and organized as well as check the asset levels.
• Provide all new joiners all the proper tools and assets to start their work.
• Build up laptops and workstations.
• Update the asset levels.
• VIP Support: prioritize the resolution of any incident raised by the VIP users.
• Manage mobile phones, install corporate access and applications, guide the users on the first login and troubleshoot incidents.

Thanks to concrete actions / reports, RF Data office team in Madrid contributes to the Group Data Quality monitoring capabilities’ enhancement, providing key inputs to the RISK Finance QARC (Quality
Assessment & Remediation Committee), by:
- Transposing operationally strategic orientations defined by the Group Data Board
- Assessing Data Quality based on KPI’s and Dashboard for RISK & FINANCE key data
- Escalating main transversal issues identified through data quality indicators ‘dashboards or Business Lines, functions’ final users and define priorities
- Monitoring appropriate action plan for remediation
- Ensuring compliance with BCBS 239 requirements over the time
Within RISK FINANCE Data Office, you will be specifically contributing to BCBS239 adherence project, aiming to enhance the data management framework at Group level, including for RISK and FINANCE, in the context of the insuance of ECB guidelines in May 2024.
As part of the BCBS239 adherence project, your main responsibilities will be:
- To contribute to the organization of a new set-up complying with BCBS239 requirements and organized by filières (such as accounting, liquidity, regulatory capital, ESG, Performance management, credit risk, market & counterparty risk, operational risk …)
- To organize and animate workshops with the filières in order to ensure BCBS 239 expectations are met, making sure of the adequate governance and main data quality KPIs are properly produced and delivered
- To ensure the filières are contributing to the production of Senior Management Dashboard and to consolidate the synthesis of the dashboard
- To ensure articulation between BCBS239 project and current Data Office organization by proposing new committees or modifying existing meetings and outputs around data quality KPIs and follow-up
- To ensure the coordination with other stakeholders such as Operational Norms, Group Data Office, LOD 2 permanent control …
At the same time main BCBS239 adherence project’ requirements will be put in place, the position will evolve towards business as usual RISK & FINANCE Data Office activities.
