ABOUT THE JOB
 
 

MISSION:

Provide legal advice to the entities of BPF Spain (Banco Cetelem; GCC Consumo; Xfera Consumer Finance, and the EIGs supporting them) through the study, interpretation and application of current legislation, in order to provide legal certainty to the activity of these companies by mitigating/eliminating the legal risks that may be evident. 

TASKS:

  • To inform and advise the different areas of the Bank on their obligations in terms of data protection.
  • Monitor the organization’s compliance with the GDPR and other regulations.
  • Manage the drafting of clauses with clients and third parties in terms of Data Protection.
  • Cooperate with the entity’s DPO/DPC on data protection matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Law Degree. Expertise in data protection legislation and practices.
  • Ability to advise the territorial DPO on the peculiarities of the business and its consequences on the development of the Entity’s business.
  • Effective communication: to be able to transmit complex information to different areas of the bank and Group.
  • Analytical capacity: to identify and assess risks and business opportunities related to data protection.
  • Organization and planning: to effectively manage the tasks and responsibilities of the position.

  • Actualización y seguimiento los distintos canales de comunicación interna: periódico interno, red de pantallas internas, EchoNet, boletines, etc.
  • Apoyo en el control y análisis de las estadísticas del periódico interno, así como de la intranet y la red de pantallas internas.
  • Redacción de las piezas de comunicación: noticias, comunicados, artículos, posts, etc. que se requieran para los diferentes canales de comunicación interna y externa.
  • Apoyo en la implementación y seguimiento de los planes de comunicación interna y externa de la compañía.

MISSION 

This position is focused on the administration of Unix servers hosted in BNP PARIBAS, most of them RHEL and Ubuntu, but also hosting other Operating Systems, like Solaris, AIX, Debian, etc.

La misión del puesto es colaborar en la liquidación de gastos de proveedores y empleados.
 
RESPONSABILIDADES

Colaborar en el proceso de liquidación de gastos de los empleados:

·        Coordinar el alta de empleados en Concur y SAP

·        Revisar las liquidaciones presentadas y preparar las propuestas de pago

·        Actuar como soporte a los usuarios y comunicar incidencias a los equipos de soporte para su resolución

Colaborar en el proceso de alta de proveedores en las distintas herramientas

Elaboración de las facturas emitidas por servicios prestados a otras entidades del Grupo a solicitud de los distintos departamentos, envío de las mismas, registro contable y reporting fiscal de las mismas.

 

Realizar funciones de back-up de otros procesos llevados a cabo en el departamento, de forma ocasional. En el proceso de facturas recibidas, preparar la contabilización de las mismas y la elaboración de propuestas de pago y el reporting fiscal de las mismas. Realizar contabilidad mensual de gastos generales en las entidades que no lo tienen delegado.

MISSION

Within Group BNP Paribas ITO Function, Global Trade Operations, a community of 700* people in the 3 CIB regions & 50 countries, leverage on their integrated and global model to accompany the business strategy being the Global Trade operations Platforms a key enablers of the transformation.

The European Trade Finance Service Center has 115 employees across 16 nationalities in Spain and provides solutions for Domestic and international Guarantees, Syndicated guarantees, Fronting, Green and sustainable linked guarantees and Documentary products (Import and Export) for both, corporations or institutions, in close collaboration with the Global Trade Solutions teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deal directly with CIB clients ensuring their needs are met and/or exceeded within established agreements.
  • Provide assistance/support to clients and corporate groups on technical aspects and practices of commercial LCs and documentary collections.
  • Ensure all transactions are properly processed and controlled.

Detailed responsibilities:

  • Ensuring client needs are met and/or exceeded, processing client requests on a timely and proactive manner.

This role sits within Capital Markets, which is a platform designed to provide a fully integrated offer across debt and equity, and work closer with its issuer and investor clients.

Within this, Leveraged Finance EMEA’s mission is to serve the Bank’s corporate and private equity clients, by originating, structuring and executing High Yield Bond and Leveraged Loan transactions.

Leveraged Finance EMEA has representatives in several countries including the UK, France, Belgium, Italy, Germany and Spain and is structured around:

  • Leveraged Finance Originators

  • TMT Finance Coordination

The Structuring and Execution Group is a central component of Leveraged Finance supporting senior originators marketing, structuring, and executing High Yield Bond and Leveraged Loan transactions on a pan-European basis.

MISSION

As an Analyst/Associate, the role holder will be accountable for the delivery of assigned activities (with increasing degree of complexity depending on seniority) in relation to transactions within Leveraged Finance. They will be expected to assist on a full range of activities in their team, including marketing, structuring, executing and regulation activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Depending on seniority, tasks may include: 
    • Assisting in the origination of LBOs, refinancing, recaps and other event driven financings for Leveraged Finance clients
    • Manage day-to-day execution of Leveraged Finance deal activity
    • Preparing pitch books for client meetings (often working together with Advisory, ECM, Leveraged Loans and HYB Syndicate, Rating Advisory), interacting with relevant internal stakeholders 
    • Writing credit papers for credit committee and manage internal credit/approval process
    • Building and analysing financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) including preparing figures for assessment of potential external rating impact(s)
    • Manage transactions post-closing when applicable
    • Perform background industry and company research; synthesising information from diverse sources
    • Track developments in the market, preparing pricing and market updates for clients as relevant 
  • Adheres to and applies existing policies and procedures within established guidelines related to Leveraged Finance to all tasks in order to reliably deliver routine outputs for clients with a high standard of quality.
  • Interacts with internal parties in both marketing and execution with some autonomy to drive effective delivery of all tasks.
  • Involved in client and advisor (eg lawyers) communication and has full autonomy for routine tasks, with appropriate oversight.  
  • Works under own initiative where possible, but refers more complex and technical issues to more senior colleagues in a timely manner for resolution and advice. REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional qualification required with technical and broad understanding to an intermediate level of leveraged debt markets. Understands the market, credit, operational, compliance, legal, regulatory and reputational risks of transactions undertaken by the Leveraged Finance team. 
  • Typically requires a university degree as an indicator of an ability to understand and apply complex theoretical concepts, although may have progressed into the role via equivalent business experience. 
  • Strong analytical, modelling skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. 
  • Capacity to understand clients’ needs and provide a first level of answer within perimeter of responsibilities.
  • Strong personal focus on accuracy and attention to detail and able to review and improve work of more junior colleagues.

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The Request Management Services processes rely on the Request Management Administrator activity to provide timely information to users and deliver the requested services as defined by the product owner and according to the rules and regulations of BNP Paribas. Having the activities coordinated by the Request Management Team Leader, the Request Management Administrator will focus on user satisfaction and service excellence to bring the highest quality of digital asset delivery to the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver requested services to end-users individually or as part of deployment/transformation projects
  • Processing application access requests through MyIAM tool
  • Processing IncidentsRequests!Tasks through Service Now assigned to the team
  • Identifying opportunities of improvement and report them with MyIAM team
  • Contributing to the improvement of the follow-up of user guide
  • Analyse customer case for correct qualification and logging through all established channels
  • Advise on best practice for users and ensure compliance with the company’s policies
  • Remediate incidents post-delivery through all established channels
  • Continual improvement of procedures, technical instructions, tools and reports within the managed perimeter

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT – Equivalent demonstrable experience may substitute formal education
  • At least 5 years in a similar position demonstrating progressive responsibility
  • Experience in team collaboration showing ability to support and complete tasks effectively within a team
  • Familiarity with responsibilities or technical skills essential to this role
  • Languages
    • English – Fluent in both written and spoken is mandatory
