RESPONSABILIDADES

•Liderar procesos de compraventa de activos hoteleros (single assets y portafolios), desde la originación hasta el cierre.

•Analizar la viabilidad financiera de los proyectos, determinando su realización o no.

•Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con inversores, propietarios hoteleros, fondos, operadores y bancos.

• Realizar análisis del mercado hotelero local e internacional para identificar tendencias y oportunidades.

•Participar en pitches comerciales y contribuir al desarrollo de negocio.

 Requisitos:

• Título universitario en Finanzas, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o afín. MBA o máster en finanzas o real estate, deseable.

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia relevante en capital markets, banca de inversión, consultoría inmobiliaria o expansión/inversión grupo hotelero.

• Conocimiento profundo del sector hospitality y de la dinámica de inversiones hoteleras.

• Dominio avanzado de modelización financiera y paquete MS Office

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y presentación.

•  Fluidez en español e inglés (oral y escrito).

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Cost Accountant you will measure, control, and explain key financial indicators, ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance and insightful reporting for both internal stakeholders and external auditors. Your work will give the business a 360° view of risk costs and support strategic decision‑making across the Group.

  • Collaborate with risk teams (STFS) to calculate the Group cost‑of‑risk chain and analyze key figures.
  • Monitor daily flow and back‑flow analysis, providing timely feedback to stakeholders.
  • Oversee booking of provisions, ensuring compliance with IFRS 9 and FGAAP.
  • Prepare detailed variance reports and highlight insights for senior management.
  • Control data for regulatory reporting, including Matisse allocations and accounting‑to‑risk reconciliation.
  • Support financial statement preparation and review suspense items.
  • Coordinate with auditors and internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries.
  • Participate in reporting‑tool upgrades and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

Studies

  • Business school, University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting or Finance Degree

Experience

  • Up to 2 years experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms

ITTF ARCHITECTURE

ITTF Architecture is a vital part of the BNP Paribas IT Group, operating within IT Transversal and Functions. MISSION

As the Cloud Transformation & Governance Officer, you will support two key strategic initiatives:

  1. M2C (Move to Cloud) Programme – Accelerating the migration of applications from legacy infrastructure to dMZR (BNP Paribas’ private cloud, powered by IBM).
  2. GTS (Growth Technology Sustainability) Reporting – Producing quarterly KPIs on application hosting distribution across six infrastructure types.

This role is based in Madrid but collaborates closely with teams in Paris and across the BNP Paribas IT ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Management & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Maintain and update an Excel-based tracking system for 410 ITTF applications, ensuring accuracy for OCP (Open Cloud Platforms) and GTS reporting.
  • Adapt tracking tools to evolving OCP requirements and GTS definitions.
  • Engage with Application Owners (via Teams/email) to validate data and gather updates.

2. M2C Programme Monitoring (ITTF Scope)

  • Monthly:
    • Track 60+ migration projects, monitoring progress, blockers, and timelines.
    • Review and update the prioritization of 180 dMZR-eligible applications.
    • Collaborate with OCP to align on migration status and next steps.
  • Quarterly: Deliver updated data on dMZR-eligible applications to OCP for strategic decision-making.

3. GTS KPI Production

  • Generate infrastructure-related GTS KPIs for ITTF’s quarterly reporting, ensuring compliance with BNP Paribas’ sustainability and growth objectives.

Mission 

The Genesys Cloud Technical Leader Developer is responsible for designing, developing (Genesys configuration), deploying, and maintaining applications based on the Genesys Cloud platform. They also work on specific Java developments, and developers to ensure the integration of Genesys Cloud with other business systems.

 

Your Main Activities will Include:

 

Genesys Cloud Development and Integration

 

– Design, develop, and configure interaction flows (IVR, routing, voicebot, bots, chatbot, emails, SMS, messaging, social network, call campaigns, email campaigns, etc.) on Genesys Cloud.

 

– Implement and configure ACD strategies, queues, and call management strategies across various channels.

– Develop and integrate Web Services (REST APIs) to connect Genesys Cloud to the company’s information systems.

– Ensure the integration of Genesys Cloud solutions with CRM tools, databases, etc.

Java Development and Customization

– Develop microservices in Java to enhance Genesys Cloud features,

– Implement connectors and middleware to facilitate data exchange between different applications and Genesys Cloud.

– Automate processes and workflows via specific scripts and applications.

– Optimize the performance of developed services and ensure their scalability.

Support and Maintenance

– Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of developed solutions.

– Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Genesys Cloud interactions and integrated services.

– Write and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Technological and Continuous Improvement

RESPONSIBILITIES

With a transversal role and providing support to SMS BP SPOCs, he/she will be in charge of :

  • Measure and book the required adjustments in accounting and management accounting to ensure completion and accurateness through all reporting axes, including the segmented axis.
  • Review & perform the Suspense Provisioning and the rest of legal and tax provision.
  • Ensure the oversight of accounting controls performed by Back Offices based on their monthly control results & quarterly sub-certification.
  • Control and analyse the data that contribute to the regulatory reporting (Matisse allocations, BMRC feeding, Accounting to Risk reconciliation, Local regulatory reports, non-standard feeds,….) & the disclosure production.
  • Provide Finance supervision & completion on LoD1 control performed by Back Offices operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data feeding done by the back office operation tools.
  • Providing support to Back and Middle offices in all the accounting aspects required.
  • Provide assistance in coordination with the management in responding to questions from the external auditors, Operations, and other support groups by:
    • Ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up of questions / requests for information.
    • Escalating problems/issues to the team leader and/or head.
    • Providing quality service to other teams

 Projects, Systems Support, Operational Process Improvements

  • Participate in the upgrades/version releases of respective reporting tools
  • Assist in identifying operational process improvements in production, control procedures, and workflow organization to increase the team’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Other functions:
    • Observe the bank’s policies and procedures
    • Assist in any special project or request as directed by management

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Studies
  • Business school, University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting or Finance Degree
  • Experience
    • Up to 4 years experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms
    • Experience of working in an international environment appreciated

 Languages

    • English Advanced
    • European languages a plus (specially French)

 SKILLS

  • Technical 
    • Knowledge of Banking products is desirable
    • Working knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, both in IFRS and French GAAP (an asset)
    • IFRS9 impairment calculation knowledge will be a plus
    • High proficiency in computer skills and data analytics

MISSION
As a Head Office Reporting P&L professional, you will ensure the accurate submission of Group P&L statements, own the analytical reporting process, and act as the single point of contact for all P&L reporting requirements, directly supporting the region’s financial performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Reconcile financial and management accounting figures in line with Group and CIB Finance standards.
  • Promote data quality by consolidating manual entries and driving remediation plans.
  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions and KPI dashboards for regional stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with local finance, SMS/HOR teams and business‑line controllers to deliver insightful expense analysis.
  • Lead the creation of performance‑management expense reports and identify new reporting needs.
  • Provide backup support to avoid workload peaks within the team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent.
  • 1‑4 years of financial or management‑accounting experience, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Mandatory proficiency in English; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with IFRS (asset) and French GAAP a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, adaptability and strong organizational abilities.

MISSION
As a Financial Accountant you will ensure accurate end‑to‑end expense booking and reporting for EMEA entities. You will maintain general ledgers, guarantee data quality for all reporting streams, and contribute to a solid control framework that underpins the Group’s financial integrity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead monthly closing activities, from bookkeeping to final reporting.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, including inter‑entity transfers and overheads.
  • Perform IFRS 16 calculations, depreciation, amortisation and tax classifications.
  • Convert accounting data into management accounting insights following MARP rules.
  • Support auditors and internal stakeholders with timely, high‑quality information.
  • Participate in system upgrades and process‑improvement projects to boost efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • University degree or Master’s in Accounting/Finance.
  • 3‑4 years of finance experience in multinational settings, preferably with audit or consultancy exposure.
  • Advanced English; French or other European languages a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF); familiarity with SAP/Oracle, Business Objects and IFRS is desirable.
  • Self‑starter attitude, excellent communication, and ability to thrive in a matrix environment.
